Jon Hayden
Development Director
Jon has over 14 years experience of working at a senior management level for House Builders and RSLs. Since joining Swan in 1999, Jon has worked extensively in managing Swan’s development programme in the Thames Gateway growth area, including large scale regeneration and new build projects. Recently Jon has taken on the portfolio responsibility for delivering Swan’s private development schemes under Swan New Homes, an expanding and key area of Swan’s business.
Annette Smalley
Sales and Marketing Manager
Annette has a number of years in New Homes sales. She has previously worked as a sales negotiator and sales manager for private developers Bellway and Weston Homes. Annette spent some time as Head of New Homes at Savills, where she was involved with Housing Associations, advising them in respect of their product and sales strategies. Annette has recently joined Swan Housing and manages the Shared Ownership team, and she says “I really enjoy providing advice and assistance to our prospective purchasers. Helping people to purchase what is often their first home is very rewarding. The Homebuy scheme is a fantastic arrangement and opens up the property ladder to those who would otherwise be unable to buy. Swan Housing is an exciting, dynamic organisation of which I am proud to be a part of.”
